Perfectionist Detailing Terms of Service

General

• We require access to power, water & ideally off-street parking in order to provide the best possible service. (For mobile services).

• All bulky items & accessories must be removed from the vehicle by the client prior to any work being commenced. This includes items such as car seats, strollers, coins, keys etc. We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal effects.

Payment

• A 30% non-refundable deposit is required in order to secure your booking. Should you wish to re-schedule your booking 48 hours notice is required, otherwise you will forfeit your deposit.
• The outstanding balance is payable upon completion of work, we accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard & American Express or EFT/PayID.
• Should your vehicle's description not be accurate at the time of making the booking, we reserve the right to charge for additional time.

Liability

• Dents, scratches, scuffs & general imperfections in paintwork etc. are not always visible prior to washing & cleaning. We maintain sole discretion to determine the liability for any damage that the customer claims to have occurred while the work was performed on the vehicle.
